We are very proud of the caliber of our past and present students. Competition for acceptance into our program is strong, and successful candidates generally have a GPA well over our minimum requirement of 3.2 (on a 4 point scale). Completed applications are reviewed by our Admissions Committee at the beginning of June. They are looking for students who not only have academic and field experience, but also espouse the values of an aspiring biotech student. The vision statement submitted by the applicant is an important document in the application package. Please note, all applications are subject to a competitive review, so we cannot guarantee students admission into the program, even if they meet all of the prerequisites. Admission into the MBT program is competitive and is currently capped at 20 students. Students are encouraged to check the status of their application, including any outstanding documents, using Synapps. Notification of the selection results are emailed to applicants around the end of June.
